By making a reservation, staying in our apartments, or using any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A reservation is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details during booking.
- Prices, fees, and policies may vary based on season, apartment type, and duration of stay.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges and are subject to availability.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Maintain the apartment in good condition and avoid damage.
- Respect neighbors and comply with property rules.
- Avoid illegal activities including fraud, unauthorized parties, noise disturbances, or property misuse.
- Take responsibility for any damage caused during their stay.
Hoolio Apartments reserves the right to charge for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments must be made through approved channels.
- Refunds (if applicable) depend on the cancellation window stated at the time of booking.
- No-show bookings may be charged in full.
6. Prohibited Activities
Guests must not engage in:
- Illegal gatherings or events
- Smoking in non-smoking apartments
- Subletting or unauthorized visitors
- Actions that endanger property safety or other guests
- Violation may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
7. Liability
Hoolio Apartments is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Accidents or injuries resulting from guest negligence
- Service interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., power/water outages)
- The maximum liability of Hoolio Apartments shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.
8. Security & Access
- Guests must secure their belongings at all times.
- Access codes/keys provided are for registered guests only.
- Lost keys or access cards may attract replacement fees.
9. Modifications
Hoolio Apartments may update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply immediately once published on our website or booking platform.
